RINA is seeking a highly skilled Proposal Specialist to join its Infrastructure Division in Italy.
Job Responsibilities:- Coordinate the entire proposal development process, from understanding customer needs to the final presentation of the proposal.
- Manage client relationships and collaborate with the technical team to ensure consistency between the technical and commercial proposals.
- Closely collaborate with the internal tender office to jointly manage the administrative aspects of public and private tenders.
- 2-4 years of experience in a Proposal Specialist, Jr Proposal Manager, or Jr Project Engineer role in large-scale infrastructural and building projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian, English, and preferably French.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with various company functions involved in the proposal process.
- Promote commitment by keeping promises as a Role Model.
- Recognize and manage one's and others' emotions.
- Actively embrace change and benefit from new circumstances.
- Forge trust relationships across departments and outside the organization.
