Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled learning content developer to join our Technology Enablement team.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and updating course content working with a variety of IBM technologies and IT Automation products.

Your main duties include designing curriculum, maintaining existing courses and ensuring the training content meets high quality IBM standards.

You will work closely with subject matter experts and product managers to ensure that the course content meets user needs.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
The candidate will be designing and developing courses for IBM clients and business partners.
Expertise in with PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office suite products, and video creation
Team player
Good time management
Ability to meet deadlines
Detail oriented
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
The candidate will be creating courses, as well as architecting the demo environment to create hands-on labs.

The candidate would adhere to the course standards and best practices set out by the team and build course content using tools such as MS PowerPoint, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, etc.

A strong domain knowledge of virtualization, cloud computing, and cloud-native technologies is a plus.

The candidate will be working closely with the Product Management and Development team to build technical educational content for IBM products.
