Per rinforzare il nostro CMI Team, stiamo cercando un aspirante Market Intelligence Analyst che collabori con i nostri analisti alle ricerche di mercato per i nostri clienti.
**OBIETTIVI DEL TIROCINIO**
Il tirocinio ha l'obiettivo di farti acquisire le competenze di un vero e proprio 007 del web, ovvero di saper indagare i Big Data presenti su Internet per raccogliere informazioni utili per definire le strategie business e marketing di aziende e istituzioni. Lavorerai su progetti di ricerche di mercato sia per grandi aziende, sia per PMI italiane.
**COSA IMPARERAI**
- Imparerai a utilizzare software avanzati di market intelligence e strumenti che utilizzano l'intelligenza artificiale per analizzare i dati.
- Scoprirai l'analisi della reputazione online e il cosiddetto "ascolto della rete", cioè per intercettare e analizzare le conversazioni delle persone sui social network e i media online.
- Acquisirai competenze di indagine sugli strumenti di analisi e trend di Google, di Amazon, di Meta e su altri software per studiare la competitività delle aziende e della concorrenza.
- Imparerai a strutturare una ricerca di mercato completa, a mappare le personas dei clienti e il percorso di acquisto dei clienti online.
- Acquisirai inoltre competenze di copywriting e di strategia sui social media e di utilizzo delle più moderne strategie di marketing digitale.
- Imparerai a farti sempre domande intelligenti e a capire quale sia la risposta più adatta in base al contesto in cui ti trovi
**ATTIVITÀ**
Dopo un primo periodo di formazione e apprendimento nelle prime settimane, supporterai la Central Marketing Intelligence nelle attività di indagini di mercato da dati online per i nostri clienti e per la creazione di casi studio e report da pubblicare online.
Contribuirai quindi alle attività di consulenza, entrando in contatto diretto con le aziende clienti dell'Agenzia.
In pratica, un Market Intelligence Analyst si occupa di (elenco non esaustivo):
- di trovare dati relativi ai mercati da studiare, utilizzando software di banche dati;
- di studiare il search intent degli utenti su Google e Amazon;
- di creare Buyer Personas dei clienti target dei nostri clienti;
- di individuare e analizzare la concorrenza delle aziende clienti attraverso diversi punti di vista (risultati economici, online, campagne ads, etc.);
- di eventualmente rielaborare i dati estratti tramite software di AI e sistemi di dat visualization (in particolare Google Looker Studio);
- di realizzare presentazioni efficaci dei dati estratti;
- di interagire con il cliente per comprendere le sue reali esigenze informative per i suoi obiettivi e per presentare i dati raccolti.
Entrerai in un team giovane e dinamico, partecipando settimanalmente a call di team e alle call con i nostri clienti
Lo stage è di 6 mesi, nella nostra sede di Trieste (possibilità di smart working su richiesta) con rimborso spese. La finalità è quella di assunzione.

- **Ti piace scoprire e imparare cose sempre nuove.** Ogni indagine di mercato è una nuova avventura in un settore che probabilmente non conosci e dovrai imparare a masticare... dalla moda, alle vernici, ai pannolini e chi più ne ha più ne metta
- **Non ti spaventa imparare a usare nuovi software**, anzi ti piace lavorare al computer
- **Non ti perdi** se hai più di una tab aperta su Google
- **Non ti annoia preparare slide e presentazioni** con i dati che hai raccolto. Purtroppo spiegare ciò che si ha appreso e scoperto è la parte più importante
- **Hai una buona conoscenza dei fogli di calcolo** come Excel e Google Drive Spreadsheet e dei software per le presentazioni come PowerPoint e Google Drive Presentazioni, e magari anche di Canva
- **Conosci e sai come funzionano** i principali social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Linkedin, TikTok) e i principi dell'e-commerce
- **Sei piuttosto preciso e attento al dettaglio,** perché purtroppo con numeri e grafici è meglio essere accorti
