**CATEGORY SPECIALIST**

La figura ricercata si occuperà di pianificazione e gestione dei fornitori, negoziazione contrattuale, gestione del daily business, al fine di ottimizzare i risultati economico finanziari. Inoltre monitorerà il mercato di riferimento, i bisogni del cliente, identificherà nuove opportunità per gli acquisti delle categorie assegnate e contribuirà ai processi di ottimizzazione gestionale.

Nel dettaglio svolgerà in autonomia:

- Negoziazione accordi quadro con fornitori
- Analisi e valutazione delle politiche di sell-in e di sell-out
- Gestione dell'attività negoziale con i fornitori e distributori per la valutazione delle migliori condizioni di acquisto dei prodotti
- Attiva collaborazione alla definizione delle politiche assortimentali, di pricing e promozionali, in linea con le esigenze strategiche
- Analisi e gestione stock
- Analisi e valutazione dell'impatto delle decisioni di acquisto sulla gestione degli spazi
- Analisi e monitoraggio del mercato e dei trend
- Analisi dei principali KPI qualitativi e quantitativi
- Supervisione delle attività Trade in supporto alla gestione dell'ufficio dedicato

Si richiede:

- Laurea in materie Economiche
- Pregressa esperienza di almeno 3 anni
- Spiccate abilità analitiche
- Predisposizione al lavoro in team
- Flessibilità e abilità all'adattamento in ambienti di lavoro stimolanti e votati al risultato
- Capacità avanzate nell'utilizzo degli strumenti informatici
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
