Global Indirect Category Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Global Indirect Category Specialist to join our team at ManpowerGroup. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for the indirect procurement activities, with a focus on Logistics, Transportation, and Spare Parts. Your primary goal will be to support regional and local stakeholders by developing and implementing initiatives to reduce risks and improve savings.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Scout for new suppliers, products, and technologies to enhance our procurement capabilities
* Negotiate and manage supplier agreements and relationships to ensure optimal performance
* Maintain accurate records of price lists and contracts to ensure compliance
* Review, monitor, and report category Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
* Collaborate with industrial sites to perform sourcing activities and implement new suppliers
* Identify potential financial and operational risks and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in a structured organized company
* Proven experience in sourcing and category management of indirect materials and services, with a focus on logistics and transportation
* Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, processes, and software
* Familiarity with SAP ERP and cost controlling, accounting, and passive cycle
