We are looking for a
Customer's Vehicle Configuration Specialist to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the
Head of Ad Personam.


You will manage the Customer's Vehicle Configuration in the Ad Personam Studio in Sant'Agata Bolognese including the relevant setting, the organization, the planning of the configuration session and the relevant follow-up with the dealer network.


You will:

  • Plan and organization of the Customer's Vehicle Configuration:
  • Plan of the customer configuration's sessions by interacting with dealer network and the Area Manager
  • Arrangement of all the activities to prepare the customer configuration session such as the production of the supporting documentation and samples, Ad the Personam Studio (configuration room) settingup, the vehicle availability, support to the customer / dealer special need (eg. transfert, lunch booking, factory visit,..)
  • Management of the Customer's Vehicle Configuration:
  • Managing the customer configuration's session either in physical or in virtual environment promoting bothe the Ad Personam and optional program for each model of the Lamborghini range
  • Supporting the dealer persons to finalize the vehicle configurations and the commercial order after the configuration session
  • Fulfilment and development of documentation for the Customer's Vehicle Configuration:
  • Defining and collecting the records and samples to share with the dealer person and customer during the Vehicle Configuration
  • Producing proper records and samples following customer's request during the Vehicle Configuration
  • Delivering the proper documentation for the new feature development requested by the customers during the Vehicle Configuration until the validation of the order
  • Support to analysis and monitoring Ad Personam Studio and Lounges performance, including:
  • Periodical preparation of report to measure and analyse the Ad Personam Studio and Lamborghini Lounges performance
  • Identifying in collaboration with the regional offices the proper corrective actions to improve Lounges' performance
  • Support to the Strategy definition of the "Customization Experience":
  • Definition of the customer journey during the "customization experience" including digital and physical touch point
  • Identifying customer profiling
  • Optimising in collaboration with "Costumer Journey" department the "infactory" customer experience
  • Support to the Ad personam Fleet management and content creation
  • Supporting the digital content management of the Ad Personam Studio
  • Operational Marketing Activities:
  • Market research and benchmark analysis on special customization offer and customer journey during customer's vehicle configuration experience
  • Definition of Ad Personam "Configuration Saturday" for the Unica App
  • Support to the Special customization of internal vehicle configuration
  • Support to the customer experience give aways
  • Supporting all the activities relating to the Ad Personam Studio (maintenance, new materials implementation...)
  • Administrative operations:
  • Processing and management of purchase requests (RdA) for samples for Studio Ad Personam, on dealer's / customer's request and relevant shipment

About you

  • Bachelor or master's degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication Sciences or Engineering
  • Minimum 35 years' experience in Automotive/Luxury companies in B2C roles, Sales & Marketing role
