The _Sales Administration Coordinator_ for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible _for managing and following-up contracts (private and public) received from Sales department _

This position is part of the Business Support Department team located in _Cassina de' Pecchi (Milan) _and will be hybrid.

You will be a part of the Business Support Department Team and report to the _Senior Manager Business Support_ responsible for tender/quotation/sales administration and general services.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Contracts and orders management and follow -up (documents analysis, implementation into company's systems (example Oracle), following-up of shipment flow to final delivery to customers, information and feedback to sales/stakeholders;
• Management of thirdparty products (placement of orders, onboarding of new suppliers).

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Good relationship capabilities and willingness to work in a team_
• Good knowledge of office package (including excel file) _
• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written) _

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in _similar role _
