Adecco Italia is looking for a CONTRACT MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

  • Support responsible colleagues with the management of contracts and services in accordance with relevant regulatory frameworks
  • Support the preparation and daily management of contracts assigned
  • Maintain and update contractual records ensuring all documentation is up to date
  • Support with monitoring the implementation and performance of contracts and report issues, findings or make recommendations as needed
  • Ensure effective communication flow between central office and other units and/or external stakeholders for the implementation of assigned contracts and keep informed of the status of contracts
  • Receive, checks and monitor invoices and ensures that payment schedules are met
  • Prepare reports, notes, overview, statistics and specific reports or briefings as requested
  • Providing administrative support and assistance for the management of contracts in the assigned area
  • Contribute to the development of tools aimed at improving contract management activities
  • Perform any other task in the interest of the service
