Con più di 15 anni di esperienza, è oggi leader nel settore delle energie rinnovabili e per una delle società del gruppo, BayWa Operation Services, siamo alla ricerca di un Contract Management Team Leader.

La risorsa, riportando all'Head of O&M, attraverso la supervisione ed il coordinamento del team del Contract Management sarà responsabile di assicurare il rispetto delle obbligazioni contrattuali e del conseguimento degli obiettivi economici e tecnici del portafoglio di impianti in gestione.Responsabilità del ruolo
  • Supervisionare e coordinare tutte le attività del Contract Management per il portafoglio impianti in gestione, assicurando il raggiungimento dei target di budget, rispetto delle scadenze e delle obbligazioni contrattuali;
  • Supportare ed affiancare i Contract Managers nelle relazioni con i clienti, organizzando, assistendo e partecipando agli incontri con le parti interessate in caso di problematiche straordinarie;
  • Fornire estrazioni, analisi dati e metriche relative ad indicatori di prestazioni dei Contratti O&M (analisi di rischio, budget di commessa, costi interni ed esterni, marginalità, prestazioni e disponibilità impianti);
  • Supportare la negoziazione dei rinnovi e di nuovi contratti O&M, eseguendo valutazioni sullo scopo lavori richiesto dai clienti, costi e rischi associati;
  • Verificare i rischi contrattuali, proporre strategie di mitigazione e supportare la gestione e risoluzione di eventuali claim;
  • Gestire il Team di Contract Managers in relazione al carico di lavoro, performance e raggiungimento degli obiettivi;
  • Sviluppare iniziative di miglioramento della qualità del servizio e riduzione dei costi;
  • Divulgare e promuovere linee guida, nuove procedure e best practices, ed il corretto uso degli strumenti operativi;
  • Partecipare alla preparazione del Budget O&M e Forecast.
Requisiti
  • Preferibile laurea in ingegneria o formazione tecnica equivalente;
  • Esperienza di almeno 3/5 anni nel settore energetico o impiantistico ed in particolare nell'ambito della manutenzione e/o costruzione di impianti;
  • Conoscenza approfondita degli standard contrattuali relativi alla fornitura di servizi e/o prodotti per il settore energia;
  • Capacità di negoziazione;
  • Capacità di leadership e motivazione del team;
  • Uso avanzato del pacchetto Office;
  • Capacità di gestire budget e consuntivazione di commessa;
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e orale);
  • Capacità di relazione e di comunicazione;
  • Disponibilità a brevi trasferte sul territorio nazionale.
