**Posizione**:
**MANUFACTURING MANAGER**

La risorsa, che risponderà all'Operations Director e alla Direzione, avrà la responsabilità della gestione dell'area Manufacturing e del coordinamento delle risorse presenti in Clean Room.

Nel dettaglio si occuperà di:

- Supervisionare le attività produttive, svolte internamente o presso fornitori;
- Coordinare il team dei Production Leader;
- Cooperare con l'RSPP per garantire la sicurezza sul posto di lavoro, riportando eventuali problematiche o rischi potenziali;
- Cooperare con la Pianificazione e la Supply Chain per definire i piani di produzione e le priorità;
- Cooperare col dipartimento Maintenance per organizzare le attività di manutenzione e taratura macchine, con l'obiettivo di ridurre al minimo l'impatto sulla produzione;
- Garantire che i dispositivi medici vengano prodotti in conformità con gli standard qualitativi richiesti;
- Cooperare con le funzioni HR e SQA per definire la formazione degli operatori;
- Assicurare che gli operatori ricevano la formazione necessaria per svolgere le attività produttive;
- Monitorare le performance e promuovere lo sviluppo dei collaboratori;
- Ottimizzare i costi di produzione diretti e indiretti, raccogliendo e monitorando dati statistici relativi alla produzione.

**Requisiti**:
La risorsa ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

- Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale o Meccanica;
- Esperienza pluriennale nel ruolo maturata in contesti produttivi mediamente strutturati del settore Medical Device, Chimico Farmaceutico o Cosmetico o nel settore Automotive;
- Solida conoscenza della metodologia Lean o WCM;
- Spiccate capacità analitiche, esperienza nel monitoraggio e analisi di KPI e conoscenza di strumenti statistici;
- Dimestichezza con sistemi gestionali ERP e MES;
- Conoscenza di Project Management.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Doti di leadership, assertività, People Management.
