**BayWa r.e. Progetti S.r.l.** di Milano (MI) appartenente al gruppo siamo alla ricerca di un/una
**Junior Procurement Specialist.**

Luogo di lavoro: Milano o Roma

Attività principali
- Supportare il Team di Procurement nelle attività quotidiane di acquisto e approvvigionamento di beni e servizi
- Collaborare con il proprio line-manager in merito alle tematiche di competenza della Corporate (Monaco di Baviera)
- Condurre attività di sourcing e gestire trattative contrattuali
- Monitorare le prestazioni dei fornitori e adottare azioni correttive, se necessario
- Fornire supporto ai team di sviluppo progetti e agli altri dipartimenti aziendali per l'approvvigionamento di materiali, servizi e consulenze
- Garantire la conformità alle politiche aziendali, alle normative e alle linee guida per la sostenibilità
- Analizzare i costi di approvvigionamento e identificare opportunità di miglioramento
- Gestire il processo di approvvigionamento end-to-end, dalla richiesta all'ordine di acquisto, alla consegna finale.

Requisiti
- Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale / Supply Chain Management e Logistica / Economia aziendale
- Conoscenza adeguata di strumenti di gestione degli acquisti, preferibilmente basati su sistemi ERP
- Conoscenza approfondita dell'intero pacchetto Office 365 con particolare riguardo ad Excel, Access e SharePoint
- Esperienza di 1-2 anni nella gestione degli acquisti, possibilmente maturata nel settore delle energie rinnovabili e in contesti strutturati e complessi, preferibilmente multinazionali.

- Precisione e ottime abilità di negoziazione
