La risorsa avrà la responsabilitàdi implementareprogrammi di sviluppo, guiderà l'implementazione annuale della valutazione delle prestazioni a livello localeper supportare la strategia aziendale, definendoe fornendo contenuti e strumenti incentrati sulla costruzione e lo sviluppo delle competenze richieste, in linea con la cultura aziendale e la strategia delle risorse umane. Inoltre, sarà un partner chiave all'interno del nostro team delle risorse umane.
La risorsa saràresponsabile dello sviluppo, dell'istituzione e della creazionedi processi di formazione e sviluppo, valutazione delle prestazioni e piano di successione per l'Azienda
Sarà sua competenza progettare programmi di formazione in linea con il divario di competenze ele esigenze di apprendimento. Guidare l'implementazione annuale del processo di valutazione delle prestazioni e la fase di calibrazione in stretta collaborazione con le funzioni di Business, Design Development Plan e percorso di carriera a livello HQ.
Definirà il catalogo e il calendario della formazione annuale, garantendo tutti gli aspetti dell'organizzazione della formazione in linea con le politiche aziendali, monitorando e migliorandoi KPI:
efficacia, tempistica, budget.
Preparazione e analisi necessarie per le revisioni dei talenti, nonché per i processi, le attività e la formazione di Performance Management.
Requisiti:
Laurea Magistrale in Economia Commercio, esperienza pregressain contesti strutturati di medio grandi dimensioni, digitalizzazione di processie attitudine al lavoro di team e capacità di adattamento e flessibilità.
