Digital Analytics Specialist:


Diesel has long been a leading pioneer in denim and casual fashion, known for moving outside and ahead of trends in its industry.

While retaining always its DNA, in recent years Diesel has evolved into the world of premium casual wear, becoming a true alternative to the established luxury market.

Diesel is a truly worldwide organization.

It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores.


At Diesel Headquarter located in Breganze (Italy), we are looking for a
Digital Analytics Specialist who will be placed within the
Global E-Commerce Department.

He/She will be a key member of our Digital team, responsible for analyzing and interpreting digital data to uncover valuable insights and optimize our online marketing strategies.

His/Her primary focus will be on Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4 and various advertising platforms, ensuring data accuracy, reporting on key metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve overall performance.


Main responsibilities

  • Utilize Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 4 to collect, analyze, and interpret data from various digital marketing channels and campaigns;
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing actionable insights to improve marketing efforts and drive business growth;
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and regular reports to track key metrics, campaign effectiveness, and overall website performance;
  • Present datadriven insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, to support datainformed decisionmaking;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand advertising goals and objectives;
  • Utilize your understanding of main advertising platforms to optimize campaigns, ensuring they align with overall marketing strategies;
  • Lead communication with external digital and analytics agencies providing guidance, suggestions, support to achieve team objectives and efficient budget allocation.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, ecommerce, and IT, to drive datadriven initiatives and ensure seamless integration of analytics practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field;
  • Experience: 12 years of proven experience in digital analytics, ideally within the fashion or retail industry;
  • The knowledge of English language is mandatory;
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 4, familiarity with main advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.;
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques;
  • Resultsdriven attitude with a focus on achieving personal and team goals, and proven ability to contribute to the growth and success of digital marketing efforts through datadriven strategies.
