Pregressa esperienza maturata nella Raccolta Fondi da Individui e buona conoscenza dei sistemi di CRM e di Marketing Automation

DESCRIZIONE

La figura che stiamo ricercando entra a far parte di un team che lavora in sinergia per rafforzare la Donor loyalty attraverso lo sviluppo e l'ampliamento di programmi e di canali che abbiano lo scopo di migliorare l'esperienza delle persone donatrici.

All'interno dell'area Retention & Donor Development, il/la Donor Development Junior Officer collabora e supporta la creazione e l'implementazione di una strategia in grado di massimizzare il valore dei donatori e delle donatrici regolari e one-off di EMERGENCY.

Le principali competenze ricercate sono correlate alla conoscenza dei sistemi di CRM e di Marketing Automation. Non può mancare inoltre la capacità di essere parte di un gruppo, dimostrando iniziativa, disponibilità e spirito di collaborazione.

Principali compiti e responsabilità:

  • gestire operativamente dei programmi ad oggi in uso, in particolar modo quelli di telemarketing ed e-mail marketing
  • contribuire a mantenere dei rapporti positivi e costruttivi con gli enti fornitori
  • supportare il team nella creazione di contenuti per i canali on e offline dell'area
  • attraverso il monitoraggio e l'analisi delle attività produrre della reportistica periodica che tenga conto dell'andamento e dei risultati raggiunti
  • studiare il contesto e proporre delle idee per innovare i flussi di lavoro e di comunicazione con le persone sostenitrici, ottimizzare i processi e raggiungere i risultati

REQUISTI RICHIESTI

  • Esperienza minima da 1 a 3 anni nella Raccolta Fondi da individui
  • Laurea, Master o percorso professionale equivalente in discipline rilevanti come Fundraising; Marketing; Business Management
  • Conoscenza dei sistemi di CRM e Marketing Automation
  • Ottima capacità informatiche, nel dettaglio Microsoft Office
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
