BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Senior Brand Marketing Coordinator will be key in assisting in the successful delivery of the global marketing campaigns. The role requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills as this role is central to ensuring streamlined communication between departments on the various campaign launches – above the line and below the line, between HQ and the markets. As a Senior Brand Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand marketing strategies. They will be ambitious, curious and creative. They are the brand guardian, always ensuring consistency and collaboration across channels.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with the Global Brand Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies that align with the Company overall business objectives.
  • Ensuring a flawless end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including but not limited to advertising, social media, events, and partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Content Team on the development of creative assets and marketing materials, working closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape within the luxury and fashion industry.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams such as Product Development, Sales, and Retail to ensure alignment of brand messaging and initiatives across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimization efforts.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency and integrity of the brand identity across all communication channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

  • Proven experience (at least 5 years) in brand marketing within the luxury and fashion industry, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in both Italian and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research, data analysis.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
