Posizione:

As
Group Payroll and HR Administration Specialist, you will work in the Payroll and HR Administration Department reporting to the Group Head of Payroll and HR Administration and will manage the following
activities:

  • Take care of the onboarding of new hires and related inductions;
  • Manage relations with the external payroll service provider for the processing of pay slips;
  • Checking and monitoring data entered in the HR ERP portal, for correct payroll processing and to ensure internal information flow;
  • Managing activities related to mandatory communications (e.g. SB, ISTAT questionnaires etc.);
  • Ensuring continuous and constant assistance to the entire NHOA Group team;
  • Preparation of reports on personnel data;
  • Supporting the team in the development of new tools and implementation of new processes aimed at staff retention;
  • Managing the personnel archive, as well as organising the archives relating to welfare and social security institutions; Other support activities: entering purchase requests (socalled RDAs) on the SAP portal;

Requisiti:

  • Diploma and / or Degree in economicsadministration;
  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll and attendance management;
  • Analytical approach;
  • Precise and punctual execution;
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Interpersonal and communication skills;
