Siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Content Creator & Social Media Specialist che entri afar parte del nostro team Macondo basato a Milano.
Tra le principali attività:
- definizione della content strategy per i social network (Instagram e Tik Tok), in collaborazione con l'Head of Project al fine di garantire una presenza online efficace e coerente:
pianificazione e programmazione dei post (Instagram e Tik Tok); raccolta e creazione dei contenuti digitali (immagini, video)
- ideazione e sviluppo dei piani editoriali
- identificazione di talent e influencer con cui instaurare collaborazioni
- gestione delle agenzie esterne
- gestione di progetti speciali online e offline in store
- realizzazione della Fanzine stagionale
- pianificazione e realizzazione delle newsletters
- aggiornamento del sito (url removed)
Profilo
- Laurea o Master in Marketing e Comunicazione
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi
- Conoscenza delle piattaforme social
- Familiarità con gli strumenti digitali
- Passione per il web e conoscenza delle logiche e-commerce
- Conoscenza delle strategie di marketing online, offline e di social advertising
- Flessibilità, creatività e proattività
- Capacità di analisi e reportistica
- Passione ed entusiasmo per il mondo della moda
- Capacità di gestire in modo efficace più progetti in un contesto dinamico
- Eccellenti capacità organizzative, interpersonali e comunicative
- Capacità di coordinare diversi interlocutori interni ed esterni
- Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese
