**RESPONSABILE RISTORAZIONE**

La risorsa ideale è dotata dei caratteri di serietà ed affidabilità, deve mostrare predisposizione al lavoro di squadra e capacità di gestione della mansione in autonomia.

La risorsa si occuperà della supervisione integrale del ristorante, del servizio e del cliente, la gestione dello staff, gestione degli ordini.

**Si richiede**:

- Pregressa esperienza nella mansione (almeno 1 anno) con mansioni in ricerca e selezione
- Conoscenza analitica del labort-cost e produttività oraria, programmazione oraria, problem solving e leadership
- Disponibilità a lavorare nei weekend e giorni festivi
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, sia diurni che serali
- Precisione e dedizione al lavoro
- Sensibilità e cura dell'immagine (propria e del locale)

**Durata contratto** : da valutare in fase di colloquio

**Orario di lavoro**: Full time 40 ore

**Luogo di lavoro** : Barberino di mugello (FI)

**Contratto di lavoro**: CCNL turismo e pubblici esercizi, 3 livello
