Openjobmetis Spa Agenzia per il Lavoro ricerca e seleziona per Azienda Cliente nel settore alberghiero di lusso, un/una SOUS CHEF per Hotel/Boutique a cinque stelle situato a Portofino (GE).

**Posizione**:
Ricerchiamo un/una CUOCO IN SECONDA esperto e responsabile della cucina e del personale, supervisiona il lavoro dei colleghi e riporta all'Executive Chef del ristorante dell'Hotel.
- assistere lo chef nella gestione delle attività quotidiane in cucina;
- collaborare con il capo cuoco alla realizzazione del menù;
- preparare, cucinare e presentare il cibo in conformità con gli standard aziendali;
- supervisionare il lavoro della brigata di cucina;
- rappresentare lo chef in sua assenza e sostituirlo in tutte le sue funzioni, quando richiesto;
- ordinare i generi alimentari, controllare le scorte e supervisionare la gestione del magazzino;
- garantire che la cucina rispetti le normative igienico-sanitarie (HACCP) e di sicurezza sul lavoro;
- gestire e risolvere in modo rapido ed efficace ogni eventuale inconveniente.

**Requisiti**:

- esperienza pregressa nella mansione in hotel 4-5 stelle;
- capacità di gestione della cucina, dei tempi e delle risorse;
- competenze nei metodi di preparazione, cottura e impiattamento delle pietanze;
- flessibilità nel lavorare su tutte le linee, in base alle necessità;
- capacità di lavorare sotto pressione
- in possesso dell'attestato HACCP;
- disponibilità immediata.
