**JOB SUMMARY**:
Per **IMA LIFE**, divisione operante nella produzione di macchine e linee complete per il processo di liquidi e polveri in ambiente asettico e non, siamo in cerca di un **Technical Sales Support**.
Sede di lavoro: Castel San Pietro Terme (BO)
La risorsa si occuperà di:
- Avere un conoscenza approfondita del prodotto, allo scopo di costruire e presentare la migliore proposta per il cliente;
- Conoscere la collocazione del prodotto all'interno del mercato ed avere una conoscenza approfondita della concorrenza;
- Organizzare la visita con l'agente o il venditore di filiale presso il Cliente/IMA al fine di recepire le sue reali necessità;
- Lavorare in team con il Product Manager al fine di proporre la soluzione più adatta al Cliente: il Technical Sales Support studia l'user requirement e - assieme all'Area Manager - definisce una customizzazione técnica della macchina/linea d'interesse del Cliente che sarà poi articolata in una offer package commerciale da sottoporre al Cliente stesso;
- Supportare le Vendite in fase di trattativa commerciale per la definizione e configurazione dell'offerta técnica, analizzando il documento e le specifiche del cliente (URS);
- Elaborare la specifica técnica (MIP) della macchina/linea;
- Collaborare, in qualità di sponsor, con il team di progetto nella gestione dell'ordine in tutte le sue fasi.
**MUST HAVE**:
- Pregressa esperienza in ambito commerciale B2B, settore macchine automatiche ambito pharma;
- Laurea in Ingegneria;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia parlata che scritta;
- Disponibilità a viaggiare.
**NICE TO HAVE**:
- Conoscenza dello spagnolo, sia parlato che scritto.
