La persona selezionata dovrà guidare il team del Manufacturing Engineering del sito di Luserna San Giovanni (TO).

Il Manufacturing Engineering si occupa di gestire tutte le fasi di vita del prodotto, a partire dall'interazione con il Design Engineering nelle prime fasi di progettazione, per suggerire al progettista le soluzioni e le tecnologie più idonee al raggiungimento degli obiettivi tecnici e di costo, per proseguire con l'industrializzazione e il supporto alle aree produttive durante la produzione di serie.

Richiede inoltre la formazione e l'esperienza necessarie per comprendere e applicare le procedure ingegneristiche nei processi produttivi e nei metodi di produzione dei nostri prodotti in tutte le fasi di vita del prodotto, la capacità di pianificazione e selezione dei metodi di produzione, sviluppo delle attrezzature di produzione e attività R&D per migliorare l'efficienza delle tecniche di produzione consolidate e lo sviluppo di nuove con una spesa ottimale del capitale.

**Quali saranno le tue responsabilità quotidiane?**
- Coordinare e pianificare le attività del team sulla base degli obiettivi aziendali, garantendo il rispetto delle metriche di performance dei propri processi
- Preparare e/o revisionare i cicli di fabbricazione e/o montaggio per tenere i costi di produzione contenuti
- Gestire l'anagráfica di fabbrica
- Gestire la progettazione, fabbricazione e messa in funzione delle attrezzature di produzione
- Collaborare con i reparti produttivi e garantire il supporto tecnico e, se necessario, assistenza ai fornitori esterni
- Proporre e supportare le iniziative di miglioramento continuo dei processi produttivi e dell'utilizzo delle attrezzature

**Che cosa apporterai al ruolo?**
- Conoscenza dei processi/metodi di fabbricazione delle parti
- Conoscenza delle metriche di produzione e workforce management (efficienza, produttività, etc.)
- Conoscenza dei concetti base della termodinamica, delle grandezze fisiche e loro unità di misura
- Conoscenza della strumentazione di misura e dei principali trasduttori.
- Conoscenza del disegno tecnico-meccanico
- Gradita conoscenza dei processi speciali (trattamenti termici e galvanici, elettroerosione)
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e orale
