**Internship**:QA Aseptic Operations - Release, Trending and Compliance

Lo stage sarà eseguito nel team QA Aseptic Operations - Release, Trending and Compliance, presso l'azienda Glaxo Smith Kline di Rosia per la durata di 1 anno. Lo stage propone una formazione sui processi di Quality GMP relativi al monitoraggio di deviazioni, CAPA, documentazione, rilascio lotti e preparazione alle ispezioni interne ed esterne, con l'obiettivo di strutturare analisi predittive e di verifica atte a monitorare l'andamento dei key performance indicators relativi all'Area di Aseptic Operations. Nell'ambito di questo contesto operativo, lo stage prevede, inoltre, attività di verifica programmate delle aree produttive GxP sotto controllo del team QA Aseptic Operations - Release, Trending and Compliance.

Il team di lavoro sarà basato su una continua collaborazione con gli altri team di Quality del reparto Asettico oltre che con i partner di Produzione per garantire un flusso di comunicazione continua ed efficace e una crescita culturale con focus sulla qualità del prodotto e la sicurezza dei pazienti.

**Attività da svolgere**:

- Monitoraggio dei KPIs relativi a deviazioni, CAPA e documentazione
- Partecipazione e preparazione materiale per le governance di reparto
- Supportare la preparazione della documentazione necessaria durante lo svolgimento di ispezioni interne ed esterne
- Participazione alle attività di improvement del reparto (es. Implementazione di tool atti a identificare e prevenire eventuali segnali di criticità nell'adempimento alle tempistiche prefissate; attività culturali per sviluppare una mentalità basata sulla qualità all'interno del reparto Aseptic Operations)

**Competenz**e da sviluppare**:
Nello specifico il tirocinante acquisirà le principali competenze inerenti alle seguenti attività:

- monitoraggio periodico dello stato di avanzamento delle attività pianificate nel rispetto dei programmi definiti;
- applicazione delle cGMP e delle maggiori linee guida di enti regolatori nazionali e internazionali (AIFA, FDA, EMA)
- conoscenza delle caratteristiche e funzioni del lavoro in team
- organizzazione aziendale per una corretta comprensione di tutti i processi aziendali
- tecniche di comunicazione per una corretta interrelazione con diversi interlocutori interni ed esterni

- Requisiti mandatori: Laurea Magistrale in materie scientifiche incluse CTF, Farmacia, Scienze Biologiche, Biotecnologie.
- Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese (B2)
- Buone conoscenze informatiche, con particolare riferimento a Microsoft Excel, Power Point e pacchetto office.
- Propensione al lavoro in team
- Precisione e attenzione al dettaglio
