**Contesto**
Il team di Aseptic Asset Care è responsabile del coordinamento delle attività di manutenzione e calibrazione delle apparecchiature dell'MPU Aseptic in conformità alle normative cGMP, alle procedure aziendali e alle norme di sicurezza. È inoltre responsabile della documentazione di manutenzione, dell'allineamento agli standard globali.
**Descrizione del progetto**
Lo stagista supporterà vari progetti di miglioramento continuo per parti di ricambio, manutenzione preventiva e gestione della calibrazione.
Si interfaccerà con diversi stakeholder del team locale e con fornitori.
I progetti saranno strutturati in diverse fasi:
- Definizione piano di progetto
- Raccolta dati
- Analisi dei dati con metodologia strutturata
- Definizione e implementazione del piano d'azione
L'obiettivo finale è collaborare con il team di Asset Care per ottimizzare i processi attuali in accordo con le normative cGMP ed EHS, riducendo gli sprechi e ottimizzando i costi.
