**Contesto**

Stage formativo mirato ad attività di commissionig e qualification C&Q mirate alla comprensione delle normative relative alla qualifica prestazionale delle equipmrents SVA-SRA e sistemi collegati alla produzione di specialità farmaceutiche sterili. Il settore delle convalide definiti interamente SVA-SRA/DQ/FQ/FAT/SAT/IOPQ sarà la risultanza formativa.

**Obiettivi**

Verifica e comparazione della documentazione relativa alle attività di commissioning and qualification per garantire l'allineamento documentale in rispetto agli standard GSK e normativi Annex 1

Attività relativa alla comprensione e successivo supporto all'implementazione del documento di risk management denominato SVA147 per le classificazioni di rischio connessi ai processi asettici cGMP ed alla comprensione della complessità e maturità del rischio stesso

Supporto alla realizzazione, sotto guida GSK del documento di Validation Plan VP nell'attica di approccio olistico e leverage validation test

**Descrizione delle attività**

Collaborazione nella gestione:

- Dei protocolli ed i report di commissioning (DQ-FAT-SAT), esecuzione dei test, raccolta e revisione dei dati in supervisione da parte dei tutor
- della conformità dei dati generali gestiti dalla documentazione SVA-SRA segnalando tempestivamente qualunque discrepanza e/o non conformità riscontrata.
- sotto la guida del proprio tutor, segnala le non conformità alle attività di C&Q e partecipa alle indagini volte alla loro risoluzione.

Pone attenzione al rispetto dei requisiti e delle procedure di sicurezza aziendali, segnalando eventuali non conformità.

E' inoltre responsabile di mantenere aggiornato il proprio stato di training.

**Requisiti di base**
- Diploma di scuola media superiore ad indirizzo tecnico o superiore e/o almeno 3 mesi di esperienza formativa in validazione in qualità di esecutore delle attività di definizione della convalida di apparecchiature/sistemi.
- Conoscenza di Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Preferibile la conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta
