La risorsa entrerà a far parte dell' area Quality di Asettico, avendo l'opportunità di interagire direttamente con le funzioni di Validazione, Qualifiche, Manutenzione e Produzione.

Lavorando in affiancamento con il team di qualità avrà l'opportunità di approfondire le nozioni di validazione di equipment e di processo nonché di seguire il processo di gestione dei dati e documenti GMP in carico al reparto.

Inoltre acquisirà conoscenze sulla creazione e monitoraggio dei KPI (Key Performance Indicator) del reparto e parteciperà alla creazione di visual management degli stessi.

Lo/la stagista imparerà a lavorare in un ambiente complesso e dinamico, strettamente legato alla realtà produttiva.

Obiettivi e modalità di svolgimento:

  • Supporto al team nell'indivisuazione e monitoraggio dei KPI
  • Creazione Visual management dei KPI di reparto
  • Supporto al team nell'indivduazione di un approccio modernizzato e lean dell'archivio
  • Supporto al team nella gestione dei documenti di qualifiche

Competenze da sviluppare:

  • Processi asettici
  • Il processo di validazione di un equipment/processo produttivo
  • La gestione della documentazione GMP
  • Valutazione della performance di un team

Requisiti di base:

  • Diploma di scuola media superiore
  • Studente o Neolaureato Master in Marketing Farmaceutico in corso o percorsi affini (requisito preferibile ma non mandatorio);
  • Buona conoscenza dell'inglese;
  • Conoscenza della lingua locale (italiano);
  • Buone conoscenze informatiche, con particolare riferimento a Microsoft Power Point ed Excel;

Requisiti preferibili:

  • Capacità di lavorare con team e networks di diverse funzioni aziendali;
  • Precisione e attenzione al dettaglio;
  • Senso di responsabilità e orientamento ai risultati;
