Siamo una giovane società nel mondo degli affitti brevi e cerchiamo una figura da inserire nel team per gestire in modo impeccabile la comunicazione con gli ospiti, da remoto, su Airbnb/Booking e canali diretti. Qui non si tratta solo di rispondere ai messaggi: sei il punto di riferimento che trasforma dubbi, imprevisti e richieste in un’esperienza fluida, ordinata e positiva. Cosa farai Gestirai la messaggistica con gli ospiti su Airbnb/Booking e canali diretti: pre-arrivo, check-in, durante il soggiorno e check-out. Darai supporto operativo da remoto : informazioni, indicazioni e soluzione problemi, coordinandoti con i team operativi in caso di necessità (pulizie, logistica, manutenzioni, amministrazione). Gestirai recensioni e situazioni delicate : risposte, reclami, escalation, rimborsi/compensazioni secondo linee guida interne.
