Il Ruolo Cerchiamo una risorsa ad alto potenziale da inserire nel team Stakeholder Engagement , con focus sullo sviluppo e sulla gestione delle partnership. Il ruolo presidia: Relazioni con partner e aziende di medio-grandi dimensioni Relational Design & Supporto consulenziale alle imprese Attività di business development qualificato Coordinamento delle aziende partner nelle fasi pre-evento, on-site e post-evento Collaborazione con i team interni (Content, CRM, Operations) per la corretta delivery È una funzione rilevante nel posizionare le aziende partner all’interno dei Forum e nel valorizzarne l’impatto reputazionale e relazionale. Requisiti Laurea (preferibilmente economia, marketing, comunicazione, scienze politiche) Inglese fluente (≥ B2) Esperienza in ruoli affini: account management, partnership, sales B2B, consulenza Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative Orientamento al cliente e alle relazioni di medio-lungo periodo Attitudine project-based, con capacità di gestire pipeline e obiettivi Disponibilità a trasferte Plus preferenziali Esperienza in società di consulenza B2B Familiarità con processi e strumenti di CRM Capacità di parlare in pubblico Conoscenza ecosistemi HR, IT, Finance, Sustainability Attitudine a lettura dei trend di mercato e posizionamento competitivo Cosa offriamo Tempo indeterminato Work model ibrido Accesso diretto a top manager e stakeholder istituzionali Spazio di crescita reale Ownership dei progetti
