The ideal candidate will oversee regional business operations and expansion strategies for Cotti Coffee in Europe. By analyzing local coffee market trends and competitor landscapes, you will develop and execute market penetration plans to establish Cotti’s footprint in the region. Responsibilities Develop and implement localized expansion strategies (e.g., mall partnerships, channel co-building) aligned with Cotti’s global growth goals Prepare operational and performance reports (market coverage, resource development progress) for the regional business Oversee the recruitment, training, and career development of the local on-ground team Coordinate cross-functional initiatives (e.g., joint promotions with local partners) to boost brand exposure and regional profitability Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience 3 years’ experience in regional business leadership (FMCG/coffee/food & beverage preferred) 5 years’ experience in offline sales/business development Strong team leadership and cross-partner coordination skills
