We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) (unlimited' full-time) Join our team at our location in Chiasso - flexible working conditions available MF Group is the market leader in Switzerland in the Buy Now Pay Later sector' with monthly transaction volumes exceeding 50 million Swiss francs. Your Responsibilities In this role' you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Handling customer inquiries via phone and email - Independently managing operational tasks related to account maintenance - Managing and processing credit card requests - Reviewing and supporting customers in cases of credit denial Your Profile We are looking for proactive individuals who enjoy interacting with people and working with numbers. We also expect the following qualifications: - Commercial training or equivalent - Native Italian speaker or excellent spoken and written Italian - Excellent spoken and written French (mandatory) - Good knowledge of German and experience in customer service are considered a plus We are seeking team members who are motivated and eager to contribute to the continued growth of our business.
