Cerchiamo un General Manager con esperienza nel settore hospitality, capace di garantire una gestione organizzata ed efficiente della struttura e un’elevata qualità del servizio offerto agli ospiti. La figura sarà responsabile del coordinamento delle attività operative quotidiane, assicurando il rispetto degli standard della struttura e un’esperienza coerente e curata in ogni area. Il General Manager si occuperà della supervisione dei reparti operativi, dell’organizzazione dei turni e del coordinamento del personale, garantendo fluidità nei processi, ordine e attenzione ai dettagli. Sarà punto di riferimento per il team e per gli ospiti, gestendo le esigenze operative, le richieste e le eventuali criticità con professionalità e orientamento alla soluzione. In collaborazione con la proprietà e la direzione, contribuirà alla gestione delle risorse, al controllo dei costi operativi e al miglioramento continuo dei servizi offerti. È richiesta un’attitudine alla leadership, ottime capacità organizzative e comunicative, flessibilità operativa e una forte attenzione alla qualità dell’esperienza dell’ospite.
