At OPIS , a leading international Clinical Research Organization (CRO), we are seeking a "hungry for success" Business Development Associate who will help expand our global client network across the life sciences sector focusing on EU region. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders to identify new business opportunities, research target companies, and connect with key decision-makers in pharma and biotech. You’ll play a key role in introducing OPIS services, understanding client needs, and supporting long-term partnerships. Your main responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach Research and analyze organizations to identify decision-makers Coordinate meetings between clients and OPIS experts Maintain CRM data and prepare regular activity reports Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships What we’re looking for: High school diploma or a degree 1 - 3 years of experience in sales (BDR, SDR, recruitment, etc.) Native/fluent Italian and English with strong communication skills Excellent organizational and planning abilities Proactive, team-oriented, and results-driven mindset Eagerness to grow What we offer: Competitive salary Full onboarding and training to ensure your success in the role Long-term growth opportunities and a clear development path At OPIS , you’ll join a collaborative international team where initiative and growth are encouraged.
