Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an excellent opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives for an Online Marketplace' with the chance to work in sunny Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about e-commerce and dedicated to providing exceptional customer support. As a representative' you will assist customers in Italian' helping them navigate the marketplace and addressing their inquiries. Key Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries regarding product listings' orders' returns' and account management via phone' email' and chat in Italian. - Provide detailed information about marketplace policies' transaction processes' and customer services. - Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to their accounts and transactions. - Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure high levels of satisfaction. - Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference. - Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer experience. - Stay informed about marketplace trends and updates to provide relevant assistance. Requirements - Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential, knowledge of English is a plus. - Previous experience in customer service' ideally in e-commerce or online marketplace environments. - Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence. - Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling customer inquiries. - Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently. - Familiarity with online marketplace platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable. - Willingness to work flexible hours' including weekends and holidays as necessary. - Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
