Role Objective The Sales Specialist has the exclusive responsibility of generating new business opportunities. The primary objective is the generation of qualified meetings and demos for the Pre-Sales team, interacting with decision-makers of target companies (especially Service Providers and ISPs). Responsibilities Pure Outbound (80%): Execution of cold calling, personalized email sequences, and social selling on LinkedIn. Lead Qualification: Identification of budget, authority, and urgent need (BANT/MEDDIC) before passing the lead to the technical team. Pipeline Management: Rigorous CRM management to ensure the traceability of every deal and the cleanliness of the database. Market Feedback: Collection and analysis of prospect objections to optimize product positioning. Required Skills Experience: 1-3 years in B2B sales (SaaS sector, IT services, or Managed Services). Previous experience with ISPs or Service Providers is considered a strong plus. Technical Skills: Advanced use of HubSpot , LinkedIn Sales Navigator , and data enrichment tools. Soft Skills: Operational resilience and ability to manage commercial rejections. Languages: Excellent command of Italian and English. The Offer Compensation: Monthly fixed salary and an aggressive commission plan linked to results (uncapped). Growth: Structured path to evolve into the role of Head of Sales/Team Leader within 12-18 months based on performance. Work-life Balance: Full-Remote flexibility with periodic strategic alignment meetings.
