Il tuo lavoro renderà possibile l’incontro tra qualità artigianale, innovazione e design, trasformando fornitori locali in partner globali d’eccellenza. Le tue responsabilità includeranno… Identificare e valutare nuovi fornitori cinesi di alta gamma (componentistica auto e moto, pelli, tessuti, accessori etc.). Conduzione di audit e analisi documentale per garantire standard tecnici ed etici elevati. Presentazione e gestione delle relazioni tra fornitori e clienti OEM internazionali. Coordinamento del processo di onboarding fino all’inserimento ufficiale nel panel fornitori. Sviluppo di nuove opportunità di business e crescita del network aziendale. Potresti fare match con questa posizione se… Hai una laurea in Ingegneria, Business, Supply Chain o simili. Hai 1-3 anni di esperienza nel sourcing o supplier development, idealmente in contesti di componentistica, meccanica, automobilismo, luxury o OEM. Parli inglese fluentemente (una conoscenza mandarino is a nice to have). Forte interesse per i mercati asiatici. Ti riconosci in un profilo autonomo, proattivo e determinato. Sai negoziare, risolvere problemi e costruire relazioni durature. Ti piace l’idea di crescere in un ambiente dinamico e internazionale. Attitudine a lavorare in start-up, ‘’Go-Get’’ attitude Ma andiamo al sodo: ecco cosa ti offrono Retribuzione competitiva: base tra 1.400€-1.500€/mese. Rimborso biglietto aereo assicurazione sanitaria spese di visto Bonus sulle performance: 1 mensilità bonus per ogni fornitore approvato nel panel OEM. Ufficio di prestigio nel cuore di Shanghai – Jing’an District frequenti traferte Flessibilità: 1-2 giorni a settimana di remote working. Work-life balance: 15–20 giorni di ferie annuali. Esperienza globale: viaggi nazionali e internazionali (10–20% del tempo). Crescita reale: ruolo strategico in una realtà internazionale in piena espansione.
