Fundraising & Investor Relations Manager Per conto di una SGR giovane e imprenditoriale, con approccio multi-asset e forte orientamento all'innovazione, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Fundraising & Investor Relations Manager da inserire all'interno del team. La struttura opera con un modello evoluto, digital-first e data-driven, con l'obiettivo di costruire relazioni durature con la propria base investitori, fondate su trasparenza, performance e approccio consulenziale. La funzione di Investor Relations rappresenta un presidio strategico e centrale nella relazione con i Limited Partners e nella crescita della piattaforma. La missione La risorsa sarà responsabile delle attività di fundraising e fungerà da punto di contatto principale con gli investitori, contribuendo allo sviluppo della pipeline LP, alla gestione operativa della raccolta e al rafforzamento della relazione nel tempo. Ruolo altamente visibile, con esposizione diretta verso il top management e coinvolgimento nelle scelte strategiche di sviluppo della base investitori. Responsabilità principali Fundraising Definizione e implementazione della strategia di raccolta fondi Gestione della pipeline LP su CRM e monitoraggio delle attività Preparazione materiali di fundraising (pitch deck, DDQ, data room, benchmark) Coordinamento di roadshow, call e meeting con LP e partner Supporto ai processi di due diligence degli investitori Investor Onboarding & Supporto Fund Operations Supervisione dei processi di onboarding degli investitori Supporto alla redazione della parte narrativa dei report (commenti, highlights, storytelling) Investor Relations & Community Gestione richieste e Q&A da parte degli investitori Comunicazioni periodiche (newsletter, update, reportistica) Organizzazione eventi dedicati (AGM, roundtable, incontri riservati) Sviluppo della community investitori e touchpoint relazionali Profilo ricercato Esperienza in Investor Relations, Fundraising o contesti affini (Private Equity, Asset Management, Advisory, Investimenti) Capacità di gestire relazioni con investitori istituzionali e HNWI Forte orientamento all'execution e all'ownership Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali Approccio strutturato, preciso e orientato al risultato Dimestichezza con CRM, data room e strumenti digitali Italiano nativo, inglese fluente Location: Milano
