  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (a specialization in HR topics will be considered as a plus);
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and oral, in Italian and English;

  • Attention to detail and accuracy, combined with analytical approach;

Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Understanding HR processes and procedures, interacting with different internal stakeholders;

  • Planning, organizing and followingup on shortterm priorities;
  • Interacting with senior staff and external parties establishing a collaborative work environment.
