We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Generalist Intern to become an integral part of our dynamic HR team based in Milan. This role is pivotal in assisting the Human Resources department across various functions including talent acquisition, employee management, and HR administration for the Corporate, Operations, and Retail sectors of Pomellato and DoDo brands.
This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience within the luxury industry, collaborating with a diverse and talented group of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage in all recruitment processes, from advertising job vacancies to aiding the team in candidate sourcing, evaluation, and interviewing; Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and assist in crafting job descriptions; Participate in university career fairs and networking events; Facilitate the onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring a seamless integration into the company culture; Manage administrative duties related to HR functions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Proficient in both Italian and English; knowledge of French or German is advantageous; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities; Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information; Skilled in MS Office applications.
