About the Role

Pomellato S.P.A. is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join its HR team in Milan. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for improving the performance and leadership of Pomellato people, creating an experience that attracts and retains top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the learning and development roadmap and activities, including needs collection and analysis, co-design of collective and individual plans, and sessions organization.
  • Act as the point of contact for managers, people, and the HR team, providing guidance and advice on best development solutions.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of the L&D process and offer, propose improvements.
  • Facilitate local learning events.
  • Manage the training budget.
  • Ensure the initiatives and learning experience or events are promoted, in place, and well used.
  • Lead the global tracking and recording of training courses data and data analysis.
  • Coordinate the completion of the Social Indicators report related to trainings.
  • Assess the impact of our service level to adjust when relevant.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of learning and development trends and solutions.
  • Benchmark activities to discover competitive advantages.

Requirements

  • Experience in a learning & people development role, preferably in a global company, within a regional or global headquarters.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Integrity, Openness, Emotional Intelligence.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Italian and English, French is a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for learning and development within the luxury goods industry.
  • Familiarity with e-learning tools and platforms is a plus.
