About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Designer to join our Pomellato Trade Marketing & Visual Merchandising team in Milan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing visual/window project concepts, conducting research and rendering activities, and collaborating with our Visual Merchandising team to create innovative window display solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceive and implement seasonal thematic window displays using 3D modeling and rendering software on a global level.
  • Develop and manage visual tools and product displays, ensuring a consistent level of visual merchandising across our network.
  • Collaborate with our Visual Merchandising team to research and develop new window display solutions.
  • Support the installation of new window concepts in our stores and manage the rotation of displays.
  • Organize store openings and support specific in-store events.
  • Work on adapting and personalizing wholesale network displays for our area managers.
  • Manage the graphic layout of our VM booklet and guidelines.
  • Realize retail and wholesale rendering for specific projects.

Requirements

  • University degree in Visual Arts, Design, or Architecture, or similar field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury retail companies.
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Autocad, and 3D software (Rhino or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility, spirit of initiative, and curiosity for fashion trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Great relational skills, ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken. Knowledge of any other foreign language is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel.
