Visual Designer Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Designer to join our Pomellato Trade Marketing & Visual Merchandising team in Milan. As a Visual Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing visual/window project concepts, conducting research, and rendering activities to enhance our brand's presence globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement seasonal thematic window concepts using 3D modeling and rendering software.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to research and create innovative window display solutions.
  • Maintain a consistent visual merchandising standard across our network.
  • Support store installations of new window concepts and in-store rotations.
  • Organize store openings and support specific in-store events.
  • Work on adapting and personalizing wholesale network visual merchandising.
  • Manage VM booklet and guidelines graphic layout.
  • Realize retail and wholesale rendering for specific projects.

Requirements

  • University degree in Visual Arts, Design, or Architecture.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury retail companies.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Autocad, and 3D software (Rhino or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Initiative, curiosity for fashion trends, creative abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and shift between design creativity and admin management.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel.
