Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist Intern to join our dynamic team in Milan. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting talent acquisition, people management, and HR administration for our Corporate, Operations, and Retail EMEA areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruiting activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Participate in university career days and events to promote our brand and attract top talent.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into our company culture.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to HR processes.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, with French or German considered a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
