CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR - ADDETTO/A CUSTOMER SERVICE

La risorsa entrerà a far parte di un team dinamico e appassionato di un contesto aziendale ad ampio respiro internazionale. L'attività di lavoro si svolgerà in sede in presenza.

Che cosa farà?

Le risorse svolgeranno attività telefonica con il supporto del computer: riceveranno chiamate in entrata da parte dei clienti e dovranno effettuare chiamate in uscita, a clienti o colleghi di altri reparti, anche in lingua Inglese. Velocità e precisione faranno la differenza nella gestione delle attività atte a garantire alti livelli di performance nel servizio erogato.

Completano il profilo:

Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office e Buona conoscenza parlata e scritta della lingua Inglese. Gradita ma non indispensabile pregressa esperienza nella mansione.

Cosa offriamo?

Contratto in somministrazione Part Time: 20 ore settimanali con primo contratto di 3-4 mesi con possibilità di proroghe. Inquadramento IV livello CCNL AUTOTRASPORTO MERCI INDUSTRIA – SETTORE CORRIERI, TRASPORTATORI, LOGISTICA.

Turni di lavoro su fascia oraria 08.00 – richiesta disponibilità principalmente nella fascia pomeridiana)
