European Ecommerce Customer Service Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual individual to join our team at Partsplusuk as a European Ecommerce Customer Service Advisor. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong understanding of ecommerce operations.

As a European Ecommerce Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing first-class customer service to our customers across continental European regions, including Germany, Italy, Spain, and France. Your primary role will be to resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer queries received through our European ecommerce channels, including eBay, Amazon, and our own ecommerce web shop.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate with couriers regarding outbound shipments and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Coordinate orders on internal and external systems.
  • Collaborate with external ecommerce partners to ensure seamless customer service.
Requirements
  • Fluency in either German, Italian, Spanish, or French.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel, as well as experience with ecommerce platforms such as Zendesk, eBay, and Amazon Seller Central.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal departments and customers.
  • Professional email and telephone manner, with the ability to communicate confidently with customers.
  • Knowledge of vehicle car parts is an asset, but not essential.
