MilanoOur customer is a Multinational Retailer Company arrived in Italy a few years ago but its business is growing quickly.

We are looking for their HR Manager who has to manage to set up the local HR and Organizational structure, new procedures, supporting the employees and the managers for taking the best decisions, labour, professional and in a healthy way of working.

The HR Manager role will be part of an international team, sharing best practices, creating new ideas and being part of a new developing market, which grows faster and faster.


THE ROLE IN FIVE BULLETS:
Responsible for guiding the implementation of new or adjusted guiding principles, systems and ways of working.
Advise and help the business leaders to come tooptimal decisions.

Develop local structures, policies, guidelines and ways of workingInfluences the organizational and procedural decisionsResponsible for local tools to steer guideREQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor degree, HR Master Degree will be considered a plus;At least five years experience in an international retailer company;Advanced English level;Great knowledge about the Italian labour law;Significant experience in implementation of all HR processes
