Banca Ifis S.P.A. è una banca innovativa e dinamica che cerca di creare valore attraverso la continua innovazione e la gestione di progetti efficaci. Siamo alla ricerca di un Project Manager HR esperto che possa aiutarci a sviluppare e gestire progetti di efficientamento di procedure e processi interni alla funzione HR.

Compiti e Responsabilità

  • Strutturare progetti interfunzionali definendo tempistiche, fattori di rischio, impatti e capacità delle strutture coinvolte;
  • Garantire la corretta esecuzione delle attività e la qualità dei deliverable;
  • Predisporre la documentazione progettuale elaborando presentazioni di sintesi dei dati derivanti dagli stakeholder e attivando le corrette procedure di escalation;
  • Assicurare la guida e il coordinamento dei progetti, anche in modalità agile, stabilendo i SAL di progetto all'interno dei team di lavoro e verso gli altri stakeholder.

Requisiti e Qualifiche

  • Laurea in Economia o Ingegneria gestionale;
  • Almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di project manager in ambito organizzativo in realtà bancarie o in primarie società di consulenza;
  • Spiccata capacità di comunicazione, ascolto e di negoziazione;
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office e consolidata esperienza nelle tecniche e metodologie di Project Management.
