Hitachi Energy is seeking a talented HR Project Manager and Data Analytics expert to join our Transformers Europe team. As a key member of our Hub HR team, you will oversee and manage HR projects, drive workforce planning, and maintain data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HR projects and ensure timely delivery
  • Develop and implement workforce planning tools and processes
  • Maintain data accuracy and consistency across the Hub
  • Design and deliver people analytics dashboards and training programs
  • Support key HR processes, including annual salary review and talent review
  • Collaborate with HRBPs to educate and train on HR tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
  • Proven experience in HR project management and data analytics
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and prioritize tasks
