Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented individual to join our People Development & Culture team as a Talent Analytics & Performance Associate Manager. This role will focus on building and enhancing our talent analytics capabilities, supporting performance management, and contributing to a more responsible and sustainable future.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement data-driven processes to support talent analytics and performance management.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and the People Centre of Excellence to ensure end-to-end process management and interdependencies.
- Design and implement recognition programs based on performance analysis and feedback.
- Manage HRIS processes related to performance annual reviews and ensure correct alignment between processes and systems.
- Support the design of career paths and individual development plans to promote people development and growth.
- At least 4 years of experience in HR, particularly in performance and talent management.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in interpreting data and suggesting actions.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards people.
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Office, and HRIS systems.
- Proficiency in English and Italian, with French as a plus.
- Permanent contract.
- Hybrid work arrangement.
