Per i nostri uffici Corporate, based in Milan, we are on the lookout for a Corporate Technical Quality Manager.

The ideal Manager should possess a robust background in the Quality field, gained through experience on both foreign and Italian construction sites, particularly in the realm of Major Infrastructure Projects worldwide.

Main Activities/Responsibilities

  • Aid in pinpointing quality requirements and setting annual quality objectives and monitoring indicators for the quality processes of the Contract.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering and Operations corporate functions to define work methods and quality control checkpoints.
  • Spread and share the identified quality control tools, ensuring their implementation across all Operational Units of the Group in collaboration with the QHSE coordinators in various regions, while adhering to regulations, standards, and defined policies.
  • Verify the implementation of quality control methodologies and tools through planning and conducting audits, together with the QHSE coordinators in various regions, to ensure adequacy and effective implementation.
  • Identify continuous improvement actions for the quality control system through benchmarking studies and analysis, to formalize and capitalize on acquired know-how, promoting the adoption of identified best practices in collaboration with relevant corporate functions.
  • Provide specialist support in quality control within the relevant Operational Units, assisting in the effective implementation of identified tools.
  • Offer expert support in quality control during the Prequalification and Bidding phase, in collaboration with QHSE coordinators in various regions, assisting in the effective selection of quality control tools to propose.
  • Take part in industry events, develop and manage relationships with industry associations and quality control representatives of partner companies and/or other firms.
  • Assist in identifying training programs and communication initiatives in the Quality Control field to implement within the Operational Units.
  • Provide specialist support on quality control issues, promoting their integration into the QHSE Integrated Management System.

Required Technical/Specialized Skills and Soft Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering, Architecture, Geology)
  • Minimum of 10 years in the Construction/Plant sector (design, site management, quality control)
  • Excellent understanding of construction techniques
  • Excellent knowledge of quality control processes and techniques
  • Excellent knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 19011 standards, system and project audit techniques, and completion certification of a 40-hour course for quality management system auditors/lead auditors
  • Understanding of statistical techniques and reporting processes
  • Models ex D. Lgs 231/01
  • Excellent proficiency in major software packages
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Profile rounded off with strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities, result orientation, and flexibility
