HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • Administrative support in document management, reporting and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
  • Monitoring KPIs, schedules and updating company databases
  • Collaboration with departments and shops to ensure the implementation of improvement actions and prevention measures
  • Involving and raising the awareness of the company population by organising and monitoring training and health surveillance activities
  • Collaboration with suppliers to manage procurement documentation for the different company sites

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • High School Diploma will be a must, Bachelor Degree or equivalent won't be compulsory
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Team player, willingness to support and curiosity to learn
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Italian mother tongue or fluent. Fluent English required
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint): Proficient level
