We're in search of a Field Service Intern to join our Customer satisfaction Team in Milano.

As a Service Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support.

What you'll be responsible for
  • Handling service contracts in C4CS (SAP Cloud for customer service)
  • Performing maintenance tasks for installed bases, measurements, and validations
  • Managing and coordinating service requests using service tickets for field service/support technicians
  • Prioritizing dispatches based on contract service levels (planned and reactive)
  • Actively engaging with customers in various formats
Your qualifications

Hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical field

Prior experience in servicing networked building or industrial automation systems, or similar

Understanding of light sources, electronic circuits, and their applications is beneficial

Independent and methodical work approach, strong commitment, and solution-oriented mindset

Fluency in English and Italian
